EVOLLLVE’s GET Index presents a data-driven approach to debiasing workplace processes and fostering systemic equity (that is, creating the full range of opportunities for all).
It measures micro-inequities within organizations, such as hidden bias, stereotypes and tokenism, informal networks, unwritten rules, bias project assignment, channeling, and barriers to promotion.
This data reveals insights that can lead to solutions and drive change.

Why do we need a Gender Equity Index?
It’s a successful tool to change company behaviors and culture, and serve as a sign to customers, employees, and the public about a company’s commitment to a social issue.
